Lincoln B. Davis
General Manager/ Owner
In 1975, when I was 5 years old, my father, Glen Davis moved our family from Houston Texas to Montrose, Colorado and opened a full service gas station. In the fall of 1975 he was approached by Suzuki to sell motorcycles. Later that same year in December, we became a Suzuki dealer. The wheel was starting to roll. In 1987 we were able to acquire the Yamaha franchise, followed by the Kawasaki franchise in 1991. In 1996 we built the 16,000 square foot building we are in now, and also obtained the Honda franchise. Upon our move, we completely got out of the automotive industry so we could focus all of our efforts on the powersports industry. Through the years we have been blessed with loyal customers and knowledgeable employees. In the last five years we have added on to our building, which is now roughly 20,000 sq. feet, and last year the entire staff was ecstatic when we were able to reach a deal with KTM to become part of their dealer network.
I have three boys Hunter age 11, Bridger age 8, and Parker age 5. They are awesome. Whenever I am away from our shop, I am with them. I enjoy spending time with them outdoors, playing sports, and yes enjoying all the toys this industry has to offer. I believe in providing fun and helping people enjoy their lives through powersports products. If at anytime you are not enjoying your experience with Davis Service Center, please contact me.
